Annual Subscription: For our annual subscription plans, refunds will only be considered in cases where MulticastIPTV is unable to provide the service as advertised.   2. Returns: a. Hardware Devices: If you have purchased a hardware device from MulticastIPTV and it is defective or damaged upon receipt, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. The device must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging included. Once the returned device is received and inspected by our team, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, as applicable. b. Software or Digital Products: Returns or exchanges are not available for software or digital products, including but not limited to IPTV subscriptions, channel lists, or other digital services.

Annual Subscription: Annual subscription plans are billed upfront for the entire year and are non-refundable. However, you can choose not to renew your subscription at the end of the subscription term.
